While things were going great for the star, he is receiving severe backlash after his old podcast resurfaced online.

A resurfaced podcast clip featured the actor making comments about a forceful sexual encounter with his massage therapist which was quite concerning however he, later on, claimed about making up the entire story.

Since the success of his Netflix show, an old podcast clip ofDavid Choemaking headlines in which he shared bizarre comments on a sexual interaction with a masseuse. While theBeefis being widely praised by the fans, investigative journalist Aura Bogado shared a clip on Thursday from his 2014 podcast,DVDASA.

During his now-defunct podcast, he opened up about performing s*x acts in front of his massage therapist whom he called Rose. He further mentioned that he involved her in his acts against her will. While explaining his inappropriate behavior, he stated,

“You never ask first, you just do it, get in trouble and then pay the price later.”
Though his co-hosts reminded him of his heinous deed, he stated,“I just want to make it clear that I admit that that’s rapey behavior, but I am not a r*pist.”

He is yet to address the following backlash after his resurfaced video was made public but he released a statement back then.

Though he hasn’t responded to the same, he released a statement in 2014 claiming,“it’s bad storytelling in the style of douche.”
He denied assaulting the woman as he stated,
“I never thought I’d wake up one late afternoon and hear myself called a rpist. It scks. Especially because I am not one. I am not a rpist. I hate rpists.”
He further continued,
“We create stories and tell tales. It’s not a news show. It’s not a representation of my reality. It’s not the place to come for reliable information about me or my life.”
