Damaschke has led some of the finest animated movies, with several of his projects being received well by the public. The architect has overseen the production of blockbuster hits likeKung Fu Panda,How To Train Your Dragon,Madagascar,and many more. Also, he has been making headlines as there are reports claiming that he will soon join Warner Animation Group as its head.

Bill Damaschke’s Successful Past
Damaschke joined DreamWork Animation and worked there for 20 years and was in the position of Chief Creative Officer. His stay in DreamWork Animation has seen the production of some of the best-animated movies which were widely appreciated by fans across the globe. This list is long and includesMadagascar, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, The Croods, and much more.
Bill Damaschke switched to Skydance Media with the title of president. Throughout his career, Damaschke has led the creative team to deliver the best work to the audiences. He has also produced the Tony award-winningShrek The Musical.His other projects includeThe PromandMoulin Rouge! The Musical.

Bill Damaschke’s Plans To Join WB
Warner Animation Group remained without any head representative after the departure of, the executive VP, Allison Abbate. It looks like the CEO of WB, David Zaslav is actively looking to fill the vacant top position. Warner Animation Group has produced the hitLegoseries which has remained a commercial success. The most recent WAG production includesDC League of Super Pets. The former president of Skydance Media is rumored to take command of DCAU soon as the talks are in progress.
DCAU stands for DC Animated Universe which made a big impact on audiences through its first release ofBatman: The Animated Universein 1992. Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Animated Group are different arms of WB but the creative team of both entities works under the same umbrella ofWBto create some of the best-animated productions. It should come as no surprise if Damaschke’s entry will impact the entire DCAU as a whole.
Keeping in mind the past experience of the hit filmmaker for animated movies, fans are optimistic that Damaschke’s arrival will bring positive changes and hopefully he will at least be able to maintain the legacy of DC in animated productions. Fans are excited by the positive news in the gloomy DCU.

Though there has been no official confirmation of the news. But it is obvious that Zaslav wants to fill the vacant position in WDG and Damaschke is indeed an obvious and mindful choice. It will be interesting to see how Damaschke will modify and work on DCAU to continue the legacy of DC.
