During the 1980s, both actors were engaged in a fierce rivalry, ranging everything from their bodies to their paychecks. But a burger joint has a part to play in ending their rivalry.

How Did Arnold Schwarzenegger And Sylvester Stallone Bury The Hatchet
As per a report by Page Six, Arnold Schwarzenegger, at a private event, shared that he strongly disliked Sylvester Stallone at the beginning of their respective careers due to their intense competitiveness. They competed in everything, ranging from the size of their biceps to the amount they had in their banks.
Page Six reported (viaPopCrush):
“Arnold Schwarzenegger told Bloom’s many friends and colleagues at the invite-only event that he despised Stallone at the beginning of their careers because they were so competitive with one another, comparing everything from the size of their muscles to the size of their paychecks.”
The report suggested that Schwarzenegger was initially unhappy when he got to know about Jake signing his rival Stallone as a client. Things got worse when he found out that the lawyer wanted to involve Stallone in the well-known deal in 1991, along with Bruce Willis, Jake, and other investors.

However, Schwarzenegger was ultimately happy and showed his gratitude towards Jake, who passed away at the age of 81 on September 7 at his residence in Sun Valley, Idaho.
A source told Page Six:
“In the end, Arnie and Stallone spent so much time flying around the world to promote the burger joint that their animosity finally wore away and they became close friends.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger was finally convinced that it would be a better business deal if Stallone also received a share of the pie.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone’s Rivalry Was Intense
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone’s rivalry was intense in its time. Stallone has even gone on record to say that it became so heated at one point that he was ready to take on Schwarzenegger physically. Schwarzenegger, on the other hand, once tricked Stallone into saying yes to a role based on a below-average script, convincing him that it was a great idea and something he would love to do.
However, both stars have now put those things in the past and have maintained a great friendship since then. Both actors have enjoyed remarkable film careers. Their classics like Rocky and The Terminator continue to bring in substantial profits, with the actors returning for sequels. Despite their age, the actors continue to be in peak physical form, keeping their bodies to seemingly high standards.
