The report also stated that Flanagan’s proposal is yet to be greenlighted but studios haven’t completely brushed off the idea.

Following Flanagan’s filmography and his mastery of the horror genre, the director holds the ability to pull the perfect horror movie surrounding one of Caped Crusader’s most tragic villains.
