Nathan Mitchell will not play the same character under the Black Noir costume

In most scenarios when characters die inThe Boys, they are gone for good. But in Black Noir’s case, it might be quite different. After initially confirming the return of Black Noir in season 4 ofThe Boys, fans were excited but a bit confused regarding the death of the character at the end of season 3. But it seems to have a feasible answer, as the character under the suit is not going to return but instead, another version will take the mantle.

It’s understandable as no one has ever seen the character before or heard him speak, so it’d be quite comfortable to just pass the mantle of Black Noir, with Nathan Mitchell playing a different character under the costume. During an interview, Eric Kripke went on to express this idea by saying,
