Brad Pitt Had A Neighbor Living On His Property For Free

Brad Pitt may be described in many ways, but one common adjective is that the actor is a kind soul. So when he was on a spree of buying every property that was available around his estate, there was one particular house that was different.

In the property resided a then 90-year-old man whose wife had passed away. The actor had made a deal with the man that allowed him to stay in the property rent-free up until he took his last breath. John ended up living for another fifteen years and died at the age of 105. Till then, he lived on Pitt’s property without paying a single penny.
