Despite being fiction, the story brings up some critical problems, such as political indifference and racism, which exist even in the real world. Although the story’s theme is bright and promising, the revelations in recent chapters may have taken it into a very dark territory from which it might never come back.
The recent chapter revealed the horrors Celestial Dragons did and how much Ginny suffered before she passed away. Throughout all of One Piece, this might be one of the darkest chapters that Oda sensei has ever produced.

AlthoughOne Pieceis a lighthearted story, Oda sensei has always been straightforward with the story and has added problems to the story that exist in the real world, such as slavery and other aspects.
However, the latest chapter ofOne Piecemight have turned dark way beyond what any fan or reader would have expected and might be the series’ turning point.
The recent chapters’ main focus was on Kuma’s past and Ginny’s death, shining light on her life before she died and the causes that led to her death.
It was revealed that Ginny was used as an enslaved person and had forcefully gotten married to a Celestial Dragon.
For two years, she was sexually and physically abused, forced to bear an heir, and later discarded due to her contracting a disease.
However, she was successful in contacting Kuma just before passing away, and she entrusted him to take care of his daughter, Bonney.

What can we expect from the upcoming chapters ofOne Piece?
The story is currently in its final saga, and the Egghead arc is one of the final arcs of the story, so the story is taking a turn towards serious issues.
The latest chapters revealed that the One Piece world is not bright and suitable for everyone and how cruel life can be for some people.
Booney is out for blood and will not stop until she gets revenge. As it stands, the Strawhats are helping her, but it will not be easy for them.
Luffy has always stood by his friends, no matter how intense the enemy has been; therefore, he won’t run away or turn his back this time.
It would be fascinating to see how the remaining story unfolds, and we might even see more darker gore chapters in the future.
