InMe Time(2022), at the exact time mark of 55:20,Mark Wahlbergutters the“uh, uh ooh”tune from the song by his boyband, New Kids on the Block, while p*ssing in the pool alongsideKevin Hart. TheBoogie Nightsactor did so to make fun of his vocalist brother, Donnie Wahlberg. This is the same group that managed to produce several top hits during the 1980s.

Karma hit Wahlberg hard after the John Hamburg-directed movie received generally negative reviews, adding a flop to the $400 million rich actor’s resume. Netflix’sMe Timebecame the lowest-rated film to feature Wahlberg and the second-lowest to feature Kevin Hart.
As for his singing career, after leaving his brother’s band, Wahlberg ended up forming bands like Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, named after himself. Before he tasted success as an actor, Wahlberg took a strange career path, including advertising and opening a restaurant chain, Wahlburgers.

During his appearance onBig Boy’s Neighborhood, Mark Wahlberg opened up about his time with Kevin Hart on Netflix’sMe Time. Revealing the reason behind the naked scene in the movie, Wahlberg said:
“He [Hart] came to me with [the movie] and John Hamberg, and I said, ‘Absolutely. But then, of course, they rewrote the part a little bit because, before my entrance, I had clothes on. Now I’m n*ked.”

Wahlberg admitted that the guys had him out in Long Beach for 12 hours,“a** out.”He was in a pair of Travis Scott Jordans. Hart got him naked, adding,“he put me in Daisy Dukes, I mean, he(Kevin Hart) did me dirty.”The scene did turn out to be funny as Wahlberg was fearless as an actor to attempt it.
But again, Hamburg’s buddy comedy turned out to be a collection of“lazily strung-together scenes and ideas with zero subtext”.The $80 million movie is as sluggish as a tortoise and has nothing new to say or do!
