Iman Vellani wants to share the screen with Miles Morales
Iman Vellanirevealed that she heartily wants to join hands with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the MCU. But it looks like the Canadian actress has changed her mind as she spoke about a potential team-up with Miles Morales in the MCU’s future. In a recent interview withThe Direct, the actress expressed interest in seeing Miles’s Spider-Man and Sam Alexander in the MCU.
“I love Sam Alexander, and I love Miles [Morales]. I’m a big fan of ‘The Champions’ comics, especially the more recent runs. Like Kamala, Miles, and Sam, their chemistry is so sweet. And I want her to have like more that young energy in her life. So yeah, those two would probably be my top choice. I think.”

This has raised quite a buzz on the internet as the fans have been keen to watch Miles Morales for a long time. On the other hand, Nova has also been a much-demanded character on the screens. Although the fans hoped to watch Richard Rider, the second iteration of Nova would also be a treat to watch.
The fans were also excited to hear the name of Nova inThe Marvels,where Kamala Khan was trying to find a codename for Monica Rambeau. Further in the interview, the Kamala Khan actress also expressed her interest in sharing space with both iterations of Nova in the MCU.

In the end credits scene ofThe Marvels,we spotted Kamala Khan in a Nick Fury-like role where she was out recruiting young superheroes. Iman Vellani was seen with Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop and also talked about visiting other young talents like Cassie Lang.
WhenThe Directasked her about the other potential characters in the team, the Karachi-born actress didn’t reveal it openly. She left it to the fans, saying that everyone can guess as there are still limited young superheroes in the MCU.

“I don’t know. I don’t know what the rules are for scenes that were cut, like, Am I still supposed to keep those secrets?… I’ll say, whatever names you’re able to guess are probably right. Like, there’s not that many young people in the MCU right now.”

On being suggested that Kamala Khan should also meetTom Holland‘s superhero, she confessed that it would be cool for her to team up with MCU’s Spider-Man.
“I would love to see a team-up [with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man]. Their team-ups in the comics are honestly one of my favorites. So, that would be cool.”
Young Avengers has great potential to become an impressive project in the MCU. The team can also have other important characters like Wiccan, Ironheart, and America Chavez.
