Kevin James Invited His Past Co-star On His New Project
Kevin Jamesworked alongside Leah Remini, best known for her work in projects likePhineas and Ferb, Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath,andSaved by the Bell, on their hit sitcom,The King of Queens, where they played on-screen love interests. The two shared extremely authentic, and rare chemistry that made fans fall in love with their characters even more, and get deeply invested in their relationship. This also made them extremely upset when the series ended in 2007.
It isn’t rare in Hollywood for actors who have good chemistry with each other to star in other projects together. This was the case here as the two reunited when James started working on his new seriesKevin Can Wait. In this, Remini is featured as a guest star.

Did Leah Remini Replace Erinn Hayes?
Oddly enough, however, Erinn Hayes ended up leaving the series after the end of its first season, not appearing again in the season that followed. The actress addressed this in a cryptically framedTweet, where she talked about the rumors about her departure and confirmed them. She also added that she had a great time making this project and was really grateful to the fans.

What made this all the weirder was the fact that Leah Remini basically took Hayes’s place in the series and became Kevin James’s wife in wife inKevin Can Wait.The reason for this was the fact that producers of the series believed that he had better chemistry with Remini compared to Hayes.
