Daniel Radcliffe Turned Down Michelle Yeoh’s $141M Movie

After playing the role of a farting corpse inDaniel Kwanand Daniel Scheinert’s 2016 directorial debutSwiss Army Man, alongside Paul Dano,Harry Potterstar Daniel Radcliffe narrowly missed the opportunity to appear in the Daniels’ second project. Six years after the release ofSwiss Army Man,Daniels came up withEverything Everywhere All At Oncestarring Michelle Yeoh, which did wonders at the Oscars.

Sadly forDaniel Radcliffe, despite having a well-built rapport with the directors, the actor narrowly missed the opportunity to feature in a supporting role inEverything Everywhere All At Once. “I’m so excited. It’s the best. At one point they were trying to get me in for it, and I was doing a play, so I could not be there, which I’m still gutted about.”

Revealing his painful regret over losing the opportunity, the Harry Potter actor went on to praise the directors for their creativity. “They are probably the only people in the world that I would say yes to doing a movie of theirs without even seeing the script,” Radcliffe claimed. Gushing over the Daniels, Daniel Radcliffe stated, “I would follow those guys to the ends of the earth, really.”

Michelle Yeoh’s Oscar WinningEverything Everywhere All At Once

Well, although Daniel Radcliffe missed the opportunity to star inEverything Everywhere All At Oncedue to scheduling issues, he wasn’t the only actor who lost a role. Apparently, Michelle Yeoh’s movie was originally conceived as a vehicle for martial arts iconJackie Chan. However, the Daniels eventually decided to cast Yeoh in the lead role.

Evidently,Michelle Yeohdid fine justice to her role as she grappled with the ripple effects of twisted multiverses. Certainly, the actress fit well with Daniels’ frenetic and truly ridiculous barrage of probabilities and multiverse jumping. Honestly, the directors turnedEverything Everywhere All At Onceinto a bombardment of hot dog fingers, googly-eyes, Wong Kar-Wai homages, talking rocks, and everything you can ever imagine.
