Such a puzzle is located at the Dellamorte Estate, which hides a valuable chest behind a gate. The puzzle requires you to rearrange some statues and pull some levers to open the gate. Head to the Heart and Central using fast traveling if you have already unlocked it. Reach the Antaam encampment by crossing the bridge from there. Heading east will take you to a gravel road and following the path toward the north will take you to Dellamorte Estates courtyard. Once you reach theDellamorte Estates courtyard, you notice some statues and levers. Those are the key items of this puzzle.

As mentioned above, rearrange four statutes to open the gate to the chest. Apart from the three statutes located in the area, there is a fourth statute locked behind a gate. You need to pull three levers to open that gate.
Now, head to the narrow room behind the gate and open the chest. Along with some basic loot, you will also get a unique grenade belt called ‘Jenny’s Belt’.
