In Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), the Oakensoul Ring is a one-piece mythic armor set that can be obtained in High Isle and Amenos. It is part of the High Isle Chapter. This mythic is designed for simplistic builds with high damage and survivability using just one bar.
How to Obtain Oakensoul Ring
You have to obtain 5 leads to get the full Oakensoul Ring mythic and, at the same time, permanently unlock it in your collections. Remember, you need to own the Greymoor DLC Scrying and Excavation skill lines or have an active ESO Plus subscription. You must also have the Excavation and Scrying skill lines at least rank 7 to scry and dig for master level leads.

High Isle Location
Igneous Inlays Lead
you may find the Igneous Inlays Lead in Volcanic Vents in the High Isle and Amenos zone (High Isle). These are the new active events. The first step is to run around the high aisle and get them all discovered on the map. Then like the red image, there will be one active at all time which is random. Simply port around and this is pretty easy.

Larimar Gems Lead
The Larimar Gems lead drops from the Titanclaw boss at Mudcrab Beach (south-west) (Stormhaven). The trick here is to do a lot of damage at the start. Bosses are at 5 minute timers so you need to be one of the top 12 damage sources. Just rotate a ton of buffs and start a timer.
Petrified Oak Loop Lead
Next, you can get Petrified Oak Loop Lead Murkmire Safeboxes (Murkmire zone). This is the insanely painful one. TLDR, you need to LOCK PICK one lock box in the entire zone of Murkmire. However, everyone else is doing the exact same thing as you. Sit there on top of one camped, changed your interaction button to something like mouse wheel down and wait your turn. I set a 5 minute timer and just spammed interact at 4:45 mark and prayed to Talos I got one.

Sacred Resin Lead
Getting the Sacred Resin Lead is simple: just kill mobs in the Malabal Tor zone. I didn’t have any luck in the public dungeon, but north, about near a world boss, and the public dungeon area is a great place with a high density of mobs and low traffic.
Stone Shank Frame Lead
Ride around the Glenumbra zone and loot ore only (Blacksmithing nodes) and you will eventually find Stone Shank Frame Lead. Something that will help you is spacing into high speed and mobility and level up blacksmithing keen eye. Max that out, and it’ll be much easier to see.
