Starfieldis considered a game that’s 25 years in the making, but last year’s first look at the game disappointed the gaming community when the visuals looked quite bleak and dark. The studio took another year to work on the game and update it, further worrying the gaming community. Bethesda finally released the official trailer back in June this year, and also showcased the game at Gamescom a few days back, showing never-before-seen glimpses that have got gamers everywhere hyped as the game looks visually amazing, which is also quite unlike Bethesda!

Starfield is all set for a grand release next week

With the game now getting ever so closer to the release date of 6th September, gamers will finally see their long wait end and finally get a hands-on experience. As strange as it seems with the long-awaited game being touted by Bethesda to be the least buggy game to be released, gamers feel they might miss the old experience of playing a signature Bethesda game, that’s filled with bugs.

Starfield Leaks Have Not Hurt The Game’s Hype, Bethesda Working Towards a Near-Perfect Release

A few days back, a Redditor shared some gameplay clips, as he was said to have already played the game for nearly 40 hours. Gamers were seen divided over how the visuals looked as some players chimed in saying the game might just “eat CPUs”. Framerates dropping and visuals looking way worse than what was showcased in Gamescom, led many to ponder ifStarfieldrequires a lot more than what was listed as recommended system requirements for the game.

Others were not as worried about the game, as they tossed the whole debate by saying if the game runs as smoothly as it was shown to be in the shared clips, on a rig with a two-year-old GPU, they’d still be down to try the game regardless.

All the updates point towards a game with not as many major bugs as gamers have to expect from a Bethesda game, and this has raised the hopes of gamers everywhere.

Game Director, Todd Howard, has also mentioned how the entire team back at Bethesda is on their toes as they play and replay the game to find and squash all known bugs.

It’s almost ironic to see the gaming community who bashed Bethesda for the several bugs, now fearing the new title to be void of any such obvious glitches. It’s still a massive game, and there might still be bugs creeping out of the least expected places, especially since the game requires just as massive a rig for a smooth experience.

Starfield Said To Have Religion As Game’s Core

Starfield‘s Lead Designer, Emil Pagliarulo, recently opened up about having touched upon the aspects of Religion and God for the game. He mentioned how they really wanted to dig into the theological aspects, unlike most modern games. He also went on to say that Bethesda did traverse on it with caution, as he thought Religion was“a way to talk about these big concepts but not dive too far down the rabbit hole — you don’t want to offend people.”

Pagliarulo also revealed how he got more clarity when he worked with Shane Liesegang, one of the writers for the game. Liesegang was said to have been studying to be a Jesuit Priest when Pagliarulo consulted with him on all the different aspects and together worked on making things more believable. September 6th is not too far away forStarfield‘s global release when all will be revealed.
