Adrien Brody is a dedicated actor who has done some of the most mesmerizing roles that always make the audience stare in awe. The actor is not one to shy away from some of the most interesting and intriguing roles. He will give his level best to bring out every inch of talent that he has. Needless to say, audiences and critics admire it just as much.
When it comes to the different forms of acting, Brody leans towards method acting. This form can be taken both negatively and positively. Adrien Brody’s Girlfriend Left Him Because of His Method Acting
Method acting is one particular form that is not very well appreciated by those surrounding the actor going through the process. Especially in cases where the role is not so positive. Things can go downhill fast enough for people to learn that method acting might not be their favorite. Cases have risen a lot which regard to the same. Jared Leto, Shia LaBeouf, and sometimes even Christian Bale; there have been many actors who have had complaints against them because of their method of acting. His dedication was more than extraordinary because he sold his car, and came on set with only a bag and a piano. He even sold his apartment. This series of events led to his then-girlfriend also ultimately leaving him.

Adrien Brody’s Diet ForThe Pianist
Adrien Brody’s dedication to his role was certainly admirable. To lose such an amount of weight, the actor was on a strict diet where he daily ate only two boiled eggs with green tea for breakfast. For lunch, he would only limit himself to eating a small bit of chicken. This meal was followed by a tiny piece of meat, usually fish or chicken with some steamed vegetables for dinner.
He strictly followed this diet for six weeks, helping him lose over 30 pounds in a short period of time. The actor won an Oscar and a César for his role. Although he had certain losses along the way, they ultimately all helped him in giving one of his greatest performances ever.
