The newFantastic Fourmovie is still two years away from release and will be directed by Matt Shakman. The director of the film has an important responsibility on his shoulder, as he has to cast the perfect actors for the roles. While the movie has not announced its cast, however, rumor has it that Adam Driver will play Reed Richards, Paul Mescal as Johnny Storm,Margot Robbieas Sue Storm, and Daveed Diggs as The Thing.
While some fans believe that theWolf of Wall Streetactress is the perfect choice to play the role of Sue Storm in the movie, many others are criticizing the decision for the possible casting of Margot Robbie instead of Jessica Alba in the new movie.

Daveed Diggs is the only one here that I think should play his respective role. Maybe Margot but her notoriety is just too overbearing. Same with Adam Driver, he’s just gonna be Adam Driver in a F4 suit. I don’t see Johnny Storm AT ALL in Paul Mescal.

Another Marvel fan believes that Margot Robbie in the MCU is a forced addition to the franchise because back in the day the franchise preferred having celebrities who were not very renowned and gave examples of actors like Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and many more.

When Will Marvel Announce The Cast ForFantastic Four?
While the names are not confirmed by Matt Shakman or Marvel itself, numerous celebrities are linked with the franchise, but Adam Driver and Margot Robbie are potential candidates to play their respective roles. Several rumors have been circulating around the internet stating that Paul Mescal had passed the role of Johnny Storm, but Robbie and Driver are a possibility because they are two of the hottest celebrities in the industry at the present moment, and their following would immensely aid the film in the Box Office.
While these are just rumors, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have to wait for quite some time as the film is set to start filming on January 2024. The franchise would probably reveal the cast forFantastic Fourlater this year and during a huge event. Perhaps the San Diego Comic-Con that will be held in July 2023 will be the event revealing the cast ofFantastic Four.
