But Goku is a Saiyan, and he just needs to transform. There is no way that Captain America can catch Goku.

Doctor Strange, or Doctor Stephen Strange, is a former neurosurgeon who lost the ability to use his hands. Later, he learns sorcery under the Ancient One and becomes the master sorcerer. He can manipulate reality with his fingers. He is one of the few Marvel heroes who can defeat Goku in a fight. Goku can have several types of powers, but one thing that he does not have is a sharp mind. In a physical battle, Goku can defeat Doctor Strange. But if Doctor Strange uses his best sorcery spells, Goku will have a hard time dealing with it. His spell against Dormammu is a trump card against Goku. It will trap Goku in a loop until he is defeated.
2Scarlet Witch
Wanda Maximoff, or Scarlet Witch, is a mutant who was against theAvengers. Later, she joined them in defeating Ultron and later Thanos. Scarlet Witch can manipulate reality and uses chaos magic. His Black Panther suit is one of a kind. Due to Wakanda’s rich technology, they designed the suit to absorb any kind of shock and return with more power. The suit is made of Vibranium and has super durability. It gives him superhuman strength and speed. If he and Goku ever fight, he will be the winner. Anime fans may argue on that matter, but there are reasons for it. UnlikeThe Avengers, Goku respects every fighter, be it his friend or the enemy.
So when he sees Black Panther’s lack of super abilities, he will offer to fight solely in martial arts. It will be a battle of pure strength. Having consumed the heart-shaped herb, Black Panther will keep up with Goku. The Black Panther suit has claws, so the fight will have a clear winner.
